Stir fried Sea shell (Hoy Pad Kra Prow) หอยผัดกระเพรา



Ingredients
2 T cooking oil
1/2 t red curry paste
1 lb clams or mussels
2 T fish sauce
1 t sugar
1 t minced garlic
basil leaves

Cooking Time!
In large saucepan, heat oil on medium low, brown garlic.
Add curry paste, stir well.
Add clams or mussels, stir fast.
Add the seasoning: fish sauce and sugar
Cover and cook until the clams open and add basil leaves
Taste and add if needed.
Remove from stove, serve with rice
Enjoy it! Note: Dont let the clams cook too long after it opened
