Thai Iced Coffee กาแฟเย็น

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup of Packaged Thai Coffee
• 5 cups water
• 1/2 cup sugar or 7 T sweetened condensed milk
• Half and Half or Evaporated Milk
• Ice cubes

Cooking time!

Brew Thai coffee with water using coffee maker for fast brew. If you perfer boiling water and add coffee when the water is boiling and simer for 3-5 mins after added coffee.
If you use boiling water, add sugar and drain with tea strainer.
if you use coffee maker, combine brewed coffee with sweetened condensed milk, mix.
leave to cool.
Pour over ice cubes and top with half and half
Enjoy it! Note: If you are using boil method....taste if it's too sweet or need more sugar....this is depend on how sweet you like it.
